Schools do not accept deliveries for students. Please send teacher’s gifts to the school and any student orders to their residence. Orders to schools should be placed early because they usually must be received by 2pm.

Yep! Same-day delivery is usually available Monday–Friday when you order by 12:00 pm (recipient’s time zone), and Saturday when you order by 10:00 am. Need something fast? Order early and we’ll take it from there.

We hand-deliver flowers, plants, & gifts in Battle Creek and nearby communities (including Augusta, Galesburg, Kalamazoo, Marshall, Richland, and more). Sending love farther away? We also deliver nationwide through our partner florist networks.

Our normal delivery window is 9am–5pm. We can’t promise an exact delivery time, but we’re often able to deliver within about four hours of placing the order. Add a preferred time window in the order notes and we’ll do our best. (Major holidays can have extended hours—call to verify.)

We’ll make the smart, safe call based on the location and weather conditions—sometimes that means leaving it in a safe spot (like with a neighbor), or leaving a message so the recipient can arrange delivery.

Absolutely. We deliver to local hospitals (including Bronson Battle Creek, Oaklawn, Bronson Behavioral Health, and the VA), and we coordinate directly with area funeral homes for respectful, timely delivery.

Holidays get busy for florists (in the best way). To help ensure on-time delivery, place your order at least one day ahead for major holidays—and note we’re closed on several holidays (including New Year’s Day, Easter, Father’s Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas).

If it’s same-day, it moves into design/delivery quickly and usually can’t be changed. If your order hasn’t been processed yet, call us immediately—changes/cancellations must be verbal (we don’t accept email changes).

We have two Battle Creek flower shops—Lakeview and Urbandale—with slightly different hours. The fastest way to check hours, call, or swing by is our Contact page (it lists both locations and hours in one spot).
