A member of the Spiderwort family and native to the rainforests of Brazil and Mexico- the Tradescantia makes for a wonderful houseplant. It is easy to care for, fast growing, and known for its distinct, lush “zebra” patterned leaves. This is a vining plant that can trail up to 6ft long! It enjoys moist, well drained soil. And while it is adaptable to most lighting situations, it prefers bright indirect light in order to keep its distinct and vibrant leaf color.
